Working on Reiki and yoga in a double sessions with Amanda allows me to not only work on my body, recover from football games, the gym, and powerlifting, but also to work on my mental health; relaxing and clearing the bad energy and being more positive. It’s a really effective way to train the whole body and mind, and it really allows me to stay fit and healthy across the board. I would fully recommend doing a double session of yoga and Reiki with Amanda to allow for a full body and mind experience that can keep you going through tough times as well as being able to perform at top levels of sport or even just day to day life.
